Virtual Real Estate Finance Training Program
Our Virtual Real Estate Finance Training Program is a one-week virtual training program developed specifically for university or college students. The program will take place during the week of June 15, 2026, and include two virtual sessions hosted each day. Topics covered will include:
- Basic real estate finance concepts, fundamentals, and principles
- Hands-on general Excel training
- Hands-on general real estate financial modeling in Excel (ARGUS is not included in this program)
While no Eastdil Secured templates are used, there will be a focus on general topics, which could help participants during interviews at real estate firms.
What We’re Looking for in Program Participants
- Motivated self-starters who are organized, flexible, conscientious, proactive, and detail-oriented
- Dedication to building a career in the financial services industry with a focus on real estate finance
- Demonstrated sense of personal accountability and urgency for achieving results
- Current enrollment in an accredited college or university
