Eastdil Secured, L.L.C.’s website (https://www.eastdilsecured.com) (the “Eastdil Secured Website“) may make use of cookies to distinguish you from other users of the Eastdil Secured Website. A cookie is a small file of letters and numbers which we may send to your computer on the basis of the information that we have collected about your visit on the Eastdil Secured Website. Cookies contain information allowing us to anonymously gather metrics related to activity while visiting the EastdilSecured.com website Cookies are stored in your computer’s browser or on your hard disk and can then be retrieved by the Eastdil Secured Website.  The information we collect through the use of cookies is anonymized and aggregated and is used for the purpose of measuring investor interest in real estate deals (“collected information”). Collected information is for the exclusive use of Eastdil Secured, L.L.C., and Eastdil Secured, L.L.C. will not sell collected information to 3rd parties.

We do create and use a session cookie but only in connection with the Eastdil Secured Investor (“ESI-Investor”) application. This cookie is employed when the user logs into the ESI-Investor application and is only used to ensure the user has logged in as he/she navigates through the application.  We do not use cookies to track user activity while on the application.  After a user has logged in, the ESI-Investor application logs user activity related to file uploads, file downloads and Confidentiality Agreement status.  These logs are stored in our private database. This information is shared with the Client owning the property on a weekly basis.  In rare cases, Eastdil Secured may be required to share ESI-Investor user activity with auditors, legal and government officials. We will not otherwise share or sell ESI-Investor activity information to any other third parties.

In this policy, “Eastdil Secured“, “we“, “us” and “our” refers to Eastdil Secured, L.L.C. having its registered address at 40 West 57th Street, New York, NY 10019.

Eastdil Secured’s First Party Cookies

We use the following cookies:

• Analytical or performance cookies. These allow us to recognize and count the number of visitors and to see how visitors move around the Eastdil Secured Website when they are using it. This helps us to improve the way the Eastdil Secured Website works. The data collected using analytical or performance cookies is anonymized and supports basic marketing success rate measurements such as the number of clicks the Website receives, the areas the user is visiting, and similar general activity data. However, this data is not identifiable to particular individuals.
• Session cookies. We use “session” cookies on the ESI-Investor application. We will use session cookies to keep track of users while you navigate the Eastdil Secured Website. Session cookies will be deleted from your computer or devices when you close your browser. These session cookies are used for the ESI-Investor application and enables Eastdil Secured to confirm that the user navigating a particular web page or location is an authorized user of the application and entitled to view/participate in the functionality on that page or location.

As noted above, the Eastdil Secured Website may also use Google Analytics, a web analytics tool that helps website owners understand how visitors engage with their website. Google Analytics collects information anonymously for the purpose of improving the Website. You can opt-out of Google Analytics by installing the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-On. Third Party Cookies

Please note that, on occasion, the Website may contain content, including but not limited to videos or animation, that is not hosted by us (“Third Party Content”), and the hosts of such Third Party Content (“Third Party Host”) may use cookies to assess the way you use their websites. If/when you access Third Party Content, certain network activity data such as your IP address, information about your device and your web browsing activity (“Network Activity”) may be collected by the Third Party Host. We do not have control over the collection of your Network Activity by Third Party Hosts, but it is generally collected in anonymized form, and we do not provide any personally identifiable information to such Third Party Hosts. If you do not want your Network Activity collected by Third Party hosts, you should not access Third Party Content.

Disable Cookies
