Virtual Real Estate Finance Training Program
Our Virtual Real Estate Finance Training Program is a one-week virtual training program developed specifically for university or college students. The program will take place during the week of June 14, 2027, and include two virtual sessions hosted each day. Topics covered will include:
- Basic real estate finance concepts, fundamentals, and principles
- Hands-on general Excel training
- Hands-on general real estate financial modeling in Excel
While no Eastdil Secured Savills templates are used, there will be a focus on general topics, which could help participants during interviews at real estate firms.
Morning and afternoon sessions occur Monday through Thursday (during PT work hours) and are progressive, so full participation is encouraged. Sessions are not recorded or distributed after the program.
Office Hours provide an opportunity to connect with Eastdil Secured Savills team members and program participants, ask questions about the session content, and clarify concepts covered in the training.
What We’re Looking for in Program Participants
- Motivated self-starters who are organized, flexible, conscientious, proactive, and detail-oriented
- Dedication to building a career in the financial services industry with a focus on real estate finance
- Demonstrated sense of personal accountability and urgency for achieving results
- Current enrollment in an accredited college or university
Students who submit a complete registration form are automatically accepted into the program. Registration for the program will close on Monday, May 31, 2027.
