Analyst Program

We are a small firm that has created an unmatched training program that quickly provides the skills necessary for a successful career in commercial real estate. Our program allows our analysts to work with an innovative and sophisticated team of real estate professionals on some of the world’s highest profile transactions. Our framework is focused on providing ongoing feedback for the newest members of our team as they progress through the program.

Summer Internship Program

With the ES Summer Internship Program, you will work among some of the most innovative and experienced people in the industry, developing capabilities in underwriting that are unmatched, while cultivating the skills necessary for a successful career.

During the summer program, you will have broad exposure to a wide variety of transaction types and asset classes, learn about our business lines and services, build important relationships with experts in the field, and expand your knowledge of the commercial real estate banking industry.

Eastdil Secured Virtual Real Estate Finance Training Program

The Summer Eastdil Secured Virtual Real Estate Finance Training Program is a one-week virtual training program developed specifically for university students. Topics include but are not limited to:

  • Basic Real Estate Finance concepts, fundamentals and principles
  • Hands-on general Excel Training
  • Hands-on general Real Estate Financial Modeling in Excel (ARGUS is not included in this program)
  • While no Eastdil Secured specific templates are being used, we will focus on general skills/topics, which will help these students interview at any Real Estate Firm

Candidates who successfully complete the Virtual Real Estate Finance Training Program may be considered for the Eastdil Secured Summer Intern Program the following summer.

Candidate Qualifications

  • Energetic self-starter who is flexible, organized, conscientious, proactive, and detail-oriented;
  • An individual who demonstrates a sense of personal accountability and urgency for achieving results
